A happy coincidence! It's thanks to chance that the roads of Fabien and Sébastien met at the right time.

Fabien is passionate about developing forward-thinking brands

Sébastien; born into a family of winemakers, fell into the pot fell into the pot at a young age.

Passionate about wine, they came up with moderato as a way to reimagine the codes, each drawing on their unique know-how. It's a beautiful and simple blend: time (a lot of it), serendipitous encounters (a key factor), a few lucky breaks (you need them!) and dozens of tastings to create and strike a new balance full of taste
