We look for the best wines with specific characteristics (balance, aromas, etc.) so that they keep the best of themselves during alcohol reduction. Our alcohol-free wines are all produced from Southwestern grape varieties, appreciated throughout the world for their strong typicity, aromatic freshness and fruity/floral notes. Colombard, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Gros Manseng… the South-West vineyards offer a fantastic range of terroirs and wines!

Our wines are first made as true vintages, with particular attention paid to the selection of grape varieties and blends. The alcohol is then removed using a gentle dealcoholization process by vacuum distillation at low temperatures. This technique allows the alcohol to be extracted while preserving the aromatic structure and complexity of the wine. The result: balanced, expressive vintages faithful to the work of the winegrowers.

With moderato, we want to expand the wine family: we take inspiration from classic wine to create new unique styles. We clearly find the essential markers of wine - tannins for the reds, slight bitterness for the rosés, acidic freshness for whites — but without alcohol. Our objective is to preserve this wine DNA, by highlighting the fruit, the freshness and this characteristic little length in the mouth, while offering a new experience free of alcohol.

We work with a company specializing in logistics and wine transport as well as with Chronopost for delivery. YOU will normally receive your products within a few days (2 to 3) even if we cannot always guarantee this. In any case, we do everything we can to make it happen!
