By creating the cuvées moderato, we have thought of all those who, like us, love wine but want to reduce their alcohol consumption. And then to all those who do not like alcohol at all, or to whom it is prohibited for matters of culture or health. We thought that the Revolution would be to be able to all toast.
Our expertise
It all starts with the selection of original quality wines with beautiful aromas. We then remove alcohol gently to preserve the structure and find the perfect balance. The more we advance, the more we improve the quality and typicity of our wines, carried by our passion and accompanied by our oenologists and winegrowers who believe like us that another way is possible.

Our history
At the beginning of moderato, two wine and vineyard enthusiasts, Fabien and Sébastien. To offer everyone, without exception, the freedom to drink good wine, they decided to conduct a revolution. Just that !
