4 years ago, Sébastien and Fabien created moderato, a range of premium wines from the southwest of France, to offer all wine lovers the freedom to drink it on any occasion, without suffering the consequences of alcohol.

Alcohol-free wine comes from wine! We select and blend the best grape varieties from the South-West of France with the help of our Gascon winegrowers. Then we gently dealcoholize the wines using the vacuum distillation technique, through which we heat the wine gradually. This allows the alcohol to evaporate without having to heat the wine, and to preserve the aromas and structure of the original wine.
An alcohol level of less than 0.5% corresponds to the tiny quantity of alcohol that can be found in a very ripe fruit, for example. There is therefore no danger for a pregnant woman.
