QUALITY WINES
Our sommeliers select the best grape varieties from South-West France, and nothing else. The quality of our wines comes from this selection, made cuvée by cuvée.

a dealcoholisation process that preserves all the wine's aromas
A cold extraction process, designed so that nothing is lost along the way: the aromas of our cuvées stay the same, and so does their structure.
FAQ
We look for the best wines with specific characteristics (balance, aromas...) so that they keep the best of themselves when the alcohol is removed. Our wines are all made from South-West France grape varieties, prized around the world for their strong character, aromatic freshness and fruity, floral notes. Colombard, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Gros Manseng… the South-West vineyards offer a remarkable range of terroirs and wines!
Our wines are first made as genuine cuvées, with particular care given to grape selection and blending. The alcohol is then removed using a gentle process of low-temperature vacuum distillation. This technique extracts the alcohol while preserving the wine's aromatic structure and complexity. The result: balanced, expressive cuvées that stay true to the winegrowers' work.
With Moderato, we want to broaden the wine family: we draw on classic wine to create unique new styles. You will find the essential markers of wine (tannins in the reds, a slight bitterness in the rosés, crisp acidity in the whites) but without the alcohol. Our aim is to preserve that wine DNA, highlighting the fruit, the freshness and that characteristic lingering finish, while offering a new experience free from alcohol.
We work with a company specialising in wine logistics and transport, as well as Chronopost for delivery. You should normally receive your order within a few days (2 to 3), although we cannot always guarantee it. Either way, we do everything we can!
