The Color: Pale and clear, with brilliant green glints

The Nose: Aromas dominated by exotic fruits and white-fleshed fruits (pear, peach, etc.) with notes of citrus zest

The Palate: A clear, aromatic attack, supported by lovely vivacity and a pleasant, refreshing length

Dealcoholized wine (97%), Rectified concentrated grape must (3%), preservative E242. Contains sulfites.

Serve it well chilled, between 6 and 8°C, in a narrow tulip-shaped white wine glass to preserve its vivacity and concentrate its fruity aromas. It pairs perfectly with ceviche, a seasonal salad, or sweet-and-sour poultry.
